Proposal: Cavalleri Nature Sur Lie is a sparkling wine that takes us back to the past. Its long fermentation process at low temperature makes the bubbles fine and persistent. Maturation for several months "Sur Lie" (on the lees and yeasts) causes the autolysis of the cells, giving it softness, creaminess and structure, as well as enriching the sparkling wine with complex and elegant aromas.

This sparkling wine, because it does not undergo remuage and dégorgement, remains in contact with the lees and in constant evolution until the moment the bottle is opened.

Some precautions should be taken before serving. Leave the bottle upright in the refrigerator door overnight to allow the yeast to settle at the bottom of the bottle. Handle with care: Contains pressure.

When opening the bottle, the sparkling wine may spill out, so it's best to do it over a sink.
