GRACIEMA FINE DRY RED WINE

Tasting notes: Graciema Dry Red Wine is made with Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Tannat grapes.

Aroma: It has a pleasant aroma of red berries.

Flavor: It presents a balanced acidity, with good body and a pleasant finish. Technical Data: Harvest: The grapes are harvested manually, in 20kg boxes.

Destemming and Crushing: The grapes were destemmed in a special machine to separate the stems.

Fermentation/Maceration: The alcoholic fermentation of the juice, along with the skins, took place in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 24 to 28ºC for approximately 6 days. Simultaneously, maceration was carried out with daily pump-overs to dissolve the color and tannins.

Pressing: At the end of fermentation, the skins were placed in a pneumatic press to extract the remaining liquid contained within them.

Malolactic Fermentation: Malolactic fermentation occurs spontaneously and completely during maturation in tanks.

Serving and Pairing: The ideal serving temperature for Graciema Dry Red Wine is between 12 and 18ºC.
