GRACIEMA FINE WHITE SWEET WINE
Tasting notes: Graciema Fine White Sweet Wine is made with Italian Riesling, Chardonnay, and Prosecco grapes.
Aroma: It has a pleasant aroma of green apple, pineapple and honey at the end.
Flavor: It has a balanced acidity, with medium body and a pleasant finish.
Technical Specifications:
Harvest: The grapes are harvested manually, in 20kg crates.
Destemming and Crushing: The grapes were destemmed in a special machine to separate the stems.
Fermentation/Maceration: The clear must is fermented slowly in stainless steel tanks for 25 to 30 days with temperature control between 16 and 18ºC. This results in very interesting aromas.
Pressing: The grapes are pressed whole, taking care to minimize the time they remain in contact with the skins.
Before filtration, we add 80 grams of sugar per liter, then proceed to bottling.
Serving and Pairing: The ideal serving temperature for Graciema Sweet White Wine is between 6 and 10ºC.
