GRACIEMA FINE DRY WHITE WINE

Tasting notes: Graciema Dry White Fine Wine is made with Italian Riesling, Chardonnay, and Prosecco grapes.

Aroma: It has a pleasant aroma of green apple, pineapple and honey at the end.

Flavor: It has a balanced acidity, with medium body and a pleasant finish.

Technical Specifications:

Harvest: The grapes are harvested manually, in 20kg crates.

Destemming and Crushing: The grapes were destemmed in a special machine to separate the stems.

Fermentation/Maceration: The clear must is fermented slowly in stainless steel tanks for 25 to 30 days with temperature control between 16 and 18ºC. This results in very interesting aromas.

Pressing: The grapes are pressed whole, taking care to minimize the time they remain in contact with the skins.

Serving and Pairing: The ideal serving temperature for Graciema Dry White Wine is between 6 and 10ºC.
